How we play a match: eight on eight, capture the flag, first team to five caps or thirty minutes, whichever comes first. Score is caps. We take turns hosting. When it's our server, it's Raindance. Always Raindance. We know. We like it there. When it's their server, they pick the map, and we don't complain about it on the page. Much.

Record: 10 wins, 5 losses, 1 tie. One of those wins is a no-show, so call it 9 and a half. No match July 2nd. Holiday weekend. Half of us were at the lake and the other half were at work.

6/25 vs ^MOB^. They showed up with five guys. We offered to play five on five. They said no, they could take us. They could not take us.

7/30 vs =DoA=. We don't talk about this one. Okay. Their map, their server, their scout flier dropping cappers on our stand every two minutes. Our ping was terrible. That's not an excuse. That's a fact. Then we lost the rematch on our own server two weeks later, and that one has no excuse at all.

8/6 vs |KRL|. Tied 3-3 with a minute left. Spud grabbed their flag, Riprap died covering him, and Wingnut swooped down and picked Spud up with about twenty seconds to go. Flew him home. Best thing that happened all summer. Wingnut has been insufferable since.

9/17 vs (SKY). Ran out the clock tied. Ballast says a tie is a win for defense. Riprap says a tie is a loss for everybody. They are both right. We'll get them in October.

9/24 vs [VEX]. Revenge for July. Riprap three caps, Cinder took out their generator twice, and Ballast mortared their capper off the hill right as he was reaching for our flag. Great night.
