Did you hear they lost the Mars Climate Orbiter yesterday? Nobody knows what happened yet.
I came back here to remember when it all worked. Carla, is anybody still here?

Two years ago today. I still come back and read Sol 1 every so often. Still no Sol 6, huh?

Mars Polar Lander went up yesterday. Lands December 3rd. Carla, any chance of a log for that
one? You'd have a whole new set of sols.

NASA says they've given up trying to reach Pathfinder. The last they heard from it was
September 27th. It went way past its 30 days, and the rover way past its 7. Somebody should
write the ending on here.

Carla, you're missing all the good stuff! Sojourner's been all over the place. Where'd you go?

So THIS is what you're doing on your lunch break. Great page. Your panorama is still taped up
over the centrifuge and nobody is allowed to take it down.

Great log. I couldn't get onto the NASA pages either until after midnight. Night owls unite.
