ABOUT ME

My name is Corey. I am 10 and I'm in 5th grade. I live in Pennsylvania. I like pogs (obviously), my Sega Genesis, the Steelers, and Power Rangers (the green one). My little brother Evan is 6 and he is OK sometimes.

MY COLLECTION

MY TOP 5 POGS

1. THE REAL ONE FROM HAWAII. My uncle Vic went to Hawaii and brought me back a real milk cap off a bottle of POG juice. POG stands for Passion fruit, Orange and Guava. That's where the name comes from! Nobody at school has one. It is NOT for trade.
2. Glow in the dark skull. It really glows. I checked under my covers.
3. Chrome yin yang. Super shiny.
4. The 8 ball. Black with the white circle and the 8.
5. Hologram dragon. When you tilt it the dragon moves its wings.

MY SLAMMERS

My best slammer is a heavy metal one with a skull on it. My mom calls it "the weapon." I also have plastic ones and a rubber one that bounces too much and is basically useless. The best slammers are heavy and flat. If you get a thick one it flips the whole stack.

HOW TO PLAY

1. Everybody puts in the same number of pogs. Like 5 each.
2. Stack them all up face down.
3. Take turns throwing your slammer down on top of the stack as hard as you can.
4. Every pog that flips over face up, you get. The rest get stacked back up for the next guy.
5. Keep going till they're all gone.

You can play for keeps (you keep what you flip) or for fun (everybody gets their own back at the end). Always say which one BEFORE you start or there will be a fight.

RULES AT MY HOUSE

• No keeps with Evan. He cries.
• No metal slammers on the kitchen table. (Mom rule.)
• If the stack falls off the table, do-over.
• My Hawaii pog never goes in the stack. EVER.

SCHOOL NEWS

Our school BANNED playing for keeps. Now you can only play for fun at recess and if a teacher sees you playing for keeps they take them. Some kids got in a fight over a skull pog and that was the end of it. Thanks a lot, guys.

TRADE LIST
