Welcome to my creepy page!!! Here is my checklist, my top ten with my scare meter, the scariest covers, the TV show, the scariest villain vote, and the book swap list for kids at my school. Read them if you DARE!!!

About Me

My name is Kirsten. I am 10 and I am in fourth grade in Minnesota. We get to make home pages in the computer lab with Mrs. Hellman on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Everybody else did their pets or hockey but I did GOOSEBUMPS because they are the best books in the whole world.

I got my first one, Welcome to Dead House, from my cousin last summer and I read it in ONE DAY on the dock at the lake. Then I had to sleep with the hall light on. Now I read them every night and my mom says I have to stop at 8:30 even if it is a cliffhanger. (It is ALWAYS a cliffhanger.)

About R.L. Stine

R.L. Stine writes all of the Goosebumps books. He lives in New York City. Before Goosebumps he wrote funny books and joke books, which is weird for a guy who writes scary stuff. He also writes the Fear Street books, but those are for older kids and my mom says not yet. A new Goosebumps comes out about every month, which is good because I read them faster than that.

I own 22 and I read 31. I got #38 for Christmas and I'm saving it for a snow day. There are new ones after #38 but I haven't put them on yet!

My Top Ten

1. Night of the Living Dummy II

I put this one in the hall closet at night. With the door SHUT.

2. The Haunted Mask

Don't read it right before Halloween. I did. Big mistake.

3. Welcome to Camp Nightmare

The ending!!! I did not see it coming AT ALL.

4. Stay Out of the Basement

Now I don't like our basement. My dad says that's fine because it's messy anyway.

5. One Day at HorrorLand

I would never go to that amusement park. Never ever ever.

6. The Werewolf of Fever Swamp

Our dog Pepper howled at the window while I was reading it and I SCREAMED.

7. Monster Blood

More gross than scary. Green and gooey!

8. Say Cheese and Die!

School pictures are next month and I'm a little nervous.

9. Piano Lessons Can Be Murder

I'm glad I take tap dance instead.

10. Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes
Scare meter: 2 **
More funny than scary but I love it. My grandma has gnomes in her garden and now I look at them funny.

The Scariest Covers

The Werewolf of Fever Swamp. Those eyes!!! I keep it turned over on my desk.
The Haunted Mask. The ugliest mask ever. I mean that in a good way.
Monster Blood. The green goo looks like it's coming right off the book.

Goosebumps on TV

There is a Goosebumps TV show on Fox now!!! It started in October. The very first one was The Haunted Mask and it was SO creepy. My mom tapes it for me if I'm at Girl Scouts. The book is still better though. The book is always better (Mrs. Hellman says that and she is right).

COMING SOON: My Own Spooky Story!

I am writing my own spooky story. It is called THE THING UNDER THE ICE and it's about a girl whose family goes ice fishing and something knocks on the ice from underneath. That's all I'm telling. I have 6 pages so far in my notebook. I'll type it in here when it's done!!!
