It's been a year and a half and I check back every few months. Did you ever write Part Two?
I went to Winterset myself last October because of your page, and I stood in the Roseman Bridge
at sunset like you said. There were a great many notes tacked up in there. I didn't read them.

I grew up on a farm twelve miles from Winterset and never thought twice about those old bridges
until the book came out. Now I'm proud of them. Lovely page. Waiting on Part Two!

Belinda, I read this at my desk on my lunch hour and had to go fix my face before the
two o'clock meeting. When are we getting the rest? And the pictures?

Saw the movie four times myself. Thank you for taking me along on your trip. I'll never get
to Iowa, so this is the next best thing.

For the record, I drove the whole seven hundred miles both ways, and my Oldsmobile would
like it known that it has never been so dusty. Also, you still haven't told me what that
note said.
