The hardest thing in Pokemon Snap is that a lot of Pokemon HIDE. Or they turn around. Or they're too far away. So here's how I get them to come out and look at me. I'm only putting tips on here that I tried myself and they WORKED. If I'm not sure about something, it's not on here. (Some people at school tell you stuff that isn't true. I'm not saying who.) |
| FIRST: THE STUFF YOU GET |
|
Professor Oak gives you stuff as you go. I got apples first, then pester balls, then the Poke Flute. You don't have them at the start, so if you just got the game, don't worry. Keep taking pictures and he'll give them to you. APPLES PESTER BALLS THE POKE FLUTE |
| COURSE BY COURSE |
| BEACH | Snorlax is asleep. Play the Poke Flute near him and he WAKES UP!!! That's how I got my best picture (4,050 points). Also throw apples on the sand. Lots of Pokemon come for them. |
| TUNNEL | It's dark, so watch for anything that moves or lights up. When you get close to the end, get ready and keep your camera pointed straight ahead. You'll see why. (ZAPDOS!!!) |
| VOLCANO | Charmander walk around by the lava. Throw an apple in front of one and it turns around and comes to get it, so you get its face and not its tail. |
| RIVER | Look on BOTH sides of the river, not just in front of you. It goes slow, so you have time. Throw apples up on the shore. And if you see something move in the bushes, throw a pester ball. (I still haven't gotten the thing in the bushes. Someday.) |
| CAVE | I don't have a good tip for the Cave yet!!! It's the hardest one for me. If you have one, please e-mail me. |
| VALLEY | So much stuff happens at the same time. My tip is to do it a bunch of times and look at a different part every time. First time, look up on the rocks. Next time, look down at the water. |
| THE SECRET ONE | I haven't been there yet so I have NO tips. Ha ha. When I open it I'll put them here. |
