Hi!! My name is Jeremy and I am 12 and I live in Nevada, where it is still about 100 degrees every day so it is a GOOD thing DBZ is on inside. I am in 7th grade. I have been watching Dragon Ball Z every single day since it started on Toonami on Cartoon Network last year. I have only missed it when we had to go to my aunt's and that one time the cable went out (worst day of my life).

This page is about DBZ because it is the best show ever made. My friends Nick and Andrew watch it too and we talk about it every day at lunch and we act out the fights at recess until a teacher says knock it off. Nick is always Vegeta. I am always Goku. Andrew has to be Krillin and he is OK with it most of the time.

FRIEZA is the worst bad guy ever. He is small and white and purple and he rides around in a little hover chair, and he talks polite which makes it creepier. He is like the boss of the whole galaxy and even Vegeta used to have to work for him. He came to Namek to get the Dragon Balls and wish for living forever. He is the reason everyone is scared.

And on Friday he TRANSFORMED. He got bigger and his horns got bigger and his power went way up. Everybody on the Internet says he has even MORE forms than that. I don't know how anybody is going to beat him. (I DO know. Keep reading.)

OK so this is the BIGGEST thing in DBZ and it has not even happened on TV yet in America. Here is what a Super Saiyan is.

There is a legend that every thousand years a Saiyan comes along who is so strong that nobody can stop him. That is a Super Saiyan. Vegeta wants to be it SO bad. When a Saiyan turns Super Saiyan his hair goes spiky and GOLD and he gets this gold glow all around him and his eyes turn green, and he is about a million times stronger. (I don't know the real number. Nobody does. It's a LOT.)

How do I know if it hasn't been on yet? Nick's cousin in California has Japanese tapes from an anime store, and I have seen pictures on like ten web pages, and EVERYBODY at school knows. It's going to be Goku, in the fight with Frieza. I am not going to spoil HOW it happens, because when it comes on Toonami you should see it for yourself. But it is coming, and when it does I am going to be sitting about two inches from the TV.

On Monday, September 13 Toonami finally started the NEW episodes!!! We have been watching reruns for like a year and they kept stopping in the same place on Namek. So that was the best day. But then the new episodes came on and EVERYBODY SOUNDED DIFFERENT. They have all new voice actors now.

Here is what I think after two weeks:

My final answer: at first I HATED it and I wrote a really mad paragraph here that I deleted. Now I think it is fine, and the good part is the new episodes have more of the fights in them and less stuff cut out, which is what matters. A voice is just a voice. Goku is still Goku.

My little sister likes Pokemon and so does half my school, so here is why DBZ is better. I am not saying Pokemon is bad. I have the Red version. But:

1. In DBZ the guys fight THEMSELVES. They don't make a little animal do it for them.
2. In DBZ people can actually die. It's serious. In Pokemon everybody just faints.
3. A DBZ fight can last like five episodes and you HAVE to watch every day.
4. Goku trained on a planet with ten times gravity. Ash trained by walking around.
5. Vegeta would destroy Team Rocket in one second. Not even a full second.
6. Pikachu could not beat Krillin. I said it.

My sister says Pikachu is cuter than Krillin. That is true but it is not the point.
