LADIES AND GENTLEMEN...
...welcome to STEEL HORIZON WRESTLING!!! SHW is an e-fed, which means an e-mail wrestling federation. Every member creates their own wrestler: their name, their look, their moves, their attitude. Every week you send me a roleplay, which is an in-character promo where your wrestler talks trash, tells their story, and says what they're going to do to their opponent. On Sunday I write up the show and post the results right here. The best roleplay wins. Not the biggest guy. Not the coolest finisher. Not my friends. The member who wrote the better roleplay that week wins the match, and if it's close, I look at who's been putting in the work the last few weeks too. That's what makes it fair. That's what makes it SHW. I'm Terrell, I'm 15, and I run this whole thing. I book the matches, I write the shows, I keep the title histories, and I make this page. I've been watching wrestling since I was seven. I watch Raw and I flip over to Nitro during the commercials, and I used to think I could book a better show than both of them. Now I've been booking one every Sunday since February and I know it's a lot harder than it looks. I still think I could do better than some of it, though. |

SHW NEWS WIRE
9/26/99 — IGNITION RESULTS ARE UP!!! What a night. "Iron" Thomas Shane pinned The Professor in the main event and then stood on the turnbuckle holding the Heavyweight belt that does NOT belong to him while Clyde Markle screamed at him from the ramp. So it's official: Markle vs. Shane, inside the STEEL CAGE, for the SHW Heavyweight Championship at BREAKING POINT!!! The whole card is up. Read it all here. 9/19/99 — Welcome to our newest member, Tailwind, and his high-flyer Jet Stream! He debuted tonight and he already does things off the top rope I had to look up how to describe. Welcome to SHW, man. 9/12/99 — Rule reminder. I had to send a roleplay back this week because it was not PG-13. You know who you are. Your wrestler can be a bad guy. Your wrestler can be a REALLY bad guy. But my little brother reads this page and so does my mom, so keep it clean. See rule 4. 9/5/99 — Labor Day weekend and I STILL got 17 roleplays in on time. You guys are the best fed on the Net. I mean it. 8/29/99 — FALLOUT is in the books. Static beat Tracy Dorsch for the Horizon title and there is a new champion for the first time since June! Check the title histories. |
