THE STORY:

Then we had (9) for dinner every single night. On the last day I went swimming (10) and found (11) at the bottom of the lake. When we got home my dad said " (12) !" and went straight to bed. It was the best summer ever.

Story #5: The Talent Show

THE STORY:

Before us, a kid played the (4) with his (5) and everybody clapped. When it was our turn, the curtain opened and the microphone went " (6) !" My face turned (7) . Then a (8) ran across the stage and everybody thought it was part of our act. We got (9) points out of ten and took a bow very (10) . Next year we are doing it again.

Story #6: My Dog
by my little brother Nico, age 7. He told it to me and I typed it.

Brianna, 10, Texas did Story #4:
"Thank you SO much for the crunchy bathtub you sent me for my birthday. I wear it every day to the dentist..."
Maddie says: I laughed at this for the whole bus ride. Wearing a bathtub to the dentist!!!

Jonah, 9, Michigan did Story #2:
"...pour a little gravy on top. Put it on a plate and hide it from your giraffe. Wait 900 minutes..."
Maddie says: 900 minutes is 15 hours. I did the math. That is a LONG time to wait for a sandwich.

A mom in Idaho did Story #1 with her twins:
"...Our class pet, a walrus named Sir Wigglesworth, got out of its cage!..."
Maddie says: a walrus would NOT fit in the cage. That's why it got out. Makes sense to me.

My Grandma did Story #3 on the phone with me:
"...a raccoon came out of the woods and tickled my mom!..."
Maddie says: Grandma laughed so hard she had to put the phone down. Long distance, too!

Story #7 is coming soon!! It's about a haunted school bus. For Halloween!!
