All of them. Even the bad ones. Especially the bad ones.
| DATE | WHERE / WHAT HAPPENED |
| Sat 3/16/96 | Joey's garage. The first one. About 30 people, most of them Joey's cousins. Police came at 11:05. Nice guys. We played one more song very quietly. |
| Sat 5/11/96 | Jitters coffeehouse open mic. Just Cal and Mo, acoustic. Cal broke a string in the first song and borrowed a guitar from a guy doing Jimmy Buffett songs. |
| Sat 6/29/96 | Hanley's Tap. First real bar show. Eleven people and somebody's dog. The dog stayed for the whole set. |
| Sat 8/17/96 | County fair battle of the bands. Second place out of nine. Lost to a Christian ska band from Xenia. They were honestly really good. |
| Sat 9/21/96 | The Blind Bat. First time headlining. Joey's bass drum walked halfway across the stage by the end. |
| Sat 10/26/96 | The Blind Bat, Halloween show. We went as the Partridge Family. Joey was Danny. It was not a stretch. |
| Sat 11/30/96 | Hanley's Tap. Thanksgiving weekend, everybody home from college. Best crowd yet. |
| Jan-Feb '97 | No shows. Recording Slow Leak in the garage on Joey's cousin's four-track, with a kerosene heater going and our coats on. |
| Sat 3/15/97 | The Lamplighter, tape release show. 120 people. We sold 64 tapes in one night. Mo cried. So did I. |
| Sat 5/24/97 | Gem City Rollerdrome, all ages. People skated during the set. Strangest and maybe best show. |
| Sat 6/21/97 | Solstice party in a field out past Yellow Springs. Ran the whole band off one generator. It ran out of gas during Dial Tone. |
| Sat 8/16/97 | Hanley's Tap, opening for the Hollow Stems from Chicago. They let us use their drum kit. Joey still talks about that kit. |
| Fri 10/31/97 | The Lamplighter, Halloween. No costumes this year. Cal wore a cape anyway. |
| Sat 12/20/97 | Toy drive at the VFW hall. Bring a toy, get in free. Two full boxes of toys. Played Parking Lot Weather twice by request. |
| Sat 2/21/98 | The Blind Bat. Snowstorm. Fourteen people. I think it's the best we ever played. |
| Sat 4/4/98 | Hanley's Tap. Cal told us about Austin that night, after load-out, in the parking lot. Where else. |
| Sat 4/25/98 | The Lamplighter. The last one. First time playing Third Shift and last time playing everything else. We ended with Parking Lot Weather and then went and stood in the parking lot till two in the morning. |
