The library started in 1994 with three tapes I brought from Houston. Today it lives in a
four-drawer filing cabinet in a corner of the student activities office, and it's the best
collection of anime on tape in this part of the state, if I do say so. Everything we bought, we
bought with dues money or with donations from members who graduated. Members can borrow anything
on this list. This list is current as of the September 23 screening.
BORROWING RULES
1. Members only (paid up for the semester). Sign the card in the tape box and give it to the librarian.
2. Two tapes at a time, one week. Return them at the next screening.
3. Late fee is $1 a week per tape. It buys blank tapes. Three weeks late and you lose borrowing for the semester.
4. Rewind. Please. We have a rewinder but it's slow.
5. Never copy a licensed tape. Not once, not for anybody. See the fansub policy.
6. Fansubs can be copied for members onto your own blank T-120 at SP speed. Leave the blank tape and a note in the box and I'll get it back to you in a week or two.
7. If you break it, you replace it. If a tape eats itself in your VCR, tell me; it happens and we'll figure it out. If you hide it, we'll figure that out too.
8. Titles marked (M) are for mature audiences, and we mean it.

Fansubs (unlicensed in the U.S.)
These come off the shelf the day any of them is licensed here. Every one was checked by Chad for

Retired from the fansub shelf
For the record, and as proof we mean it: these were pulled when they were licensed in the U.S.,
and the club bought or is saving for the official tapes.
- Slayers: pulled when licensed. The official tapes are L38 above.
Wish list
If you're graduating and want to leave the club something, we'd love: the rest of Ranma 1/2,
a second VCR for copying, and a new head-cleaning tape. A LaserDisc player would be a dream but we
know it's a dream.
Questions, requests, tapes that ate themselves: [email protected]
or catch me at any screening. — Danny
