for the coolest pages on the Internet that were made by KIDS!!!

HI!
My name is Christopher (NOT Chris, there are three Chrises in my class and I was here first). I am 11 and I live in Michigan. I made this award because grown-ups have like a MILLION awards for grown-up pages, but kids make pages too and nobody gives THEM awards. That's not fair. So I made one.

My mom helped me with the HTML parts and she helped me pick the picture. She checks every page before I give the award. That is her rule. It's a good rule, I guess.

I have given the award to 8 pages so far!! Scroll down to see them. They are all really good. I looked at every single one of them like three times.

THE RULES
(you have to do ALL of them)

You have to be a kid. 15 or younger. Grown-ups can help you with the hard computer stuff but YOU have to write the words.
No bad words and nothing mean.
I have to be able to read it. No yellow words on white!! No teeny tiny words!! (I know my words are yellow. They are on PURPLE. That's different.)
It has to be ABOUT something. Your cat, bugs, rocks, horses, skateboarding, Pokemon, anything. Not just "Welcome to my page" and then nothing.
It has to load before I count to 60. We have a 56K modem but my mom says it only goes about 44 because we live far from the phone place.
THE SAFETY RULE. My mom says this is the most important one. No last name, no address, no phone number and no school name on your page. If your page has one of those I can't give you the award. But you can fix it and ask me again!!

HOW TO GET IT
Have your mom or dad e-mail me (or you can do it if you're allowed) at [email protected]. Tell me:

your first name
how old you are
your page's address
what your page is about

I will write back in about a week. Longer if I have a lot of homework. My mom reads the e-mail too, so be nice.

	Lily's Page!!! by Lily, 9 All about her hamster Nibbles. She typed the whole thing with two fingers!! That is dedication. Nibbles is golden and white and she says he is the cutest hamster in the world and maybe space.
	Kickflip Kyle's Skate Page by Kyle, 15 The oldest winner. He is trying to get a skate park for his town and he has over 200 people signed up. He also explains tricks. I tried one on my driveway. I am not going to talk about it.
	The Lemonade Stand Ledger by Maya, 12 She ran a real lemonade stand all summer and kept a real ledger and made $187.40 PROFIT!!! I showed my dad and now he keeps saying "see?"
	Emily's Horse Page by Emily, 11 Emily is HORSE CRAZY. She rides a school horse named Biscuit. Read The Campaign at the bottom, it's funny. Emily's mom and dad, if you read this, I think you should get her the horse.
	Sophie's Rock Collection by Sophie, 8 She keeps her rocks in a shoebox and it's a MUSEUM and her little brother has to knock. She has 25 rocks (26 if you count the meteorite). The youngest winner!
	DRAGONS by Kofi by Kofi, 10 He tried to write an About Me page but it kept turning into dragons. I totally get it. He has a really good idea about dragon bones being hollow like bird bones. My favorite page to read out loud to my mom.
	Katie's Kitty Korner by Katie, 10 About her cat Sprinkles, and books, and knock knock jokes. She says the jokes are really funny, she promises. She was right.
	Jake's Bug Collection by Jake, 9 The FIRST winner ever!!! 30 bugs pinned in cigar boxes and a glass case his dad made. HE HAS A LUNA MOTH. I have never even seen one. His dad's safety notes are in blue boxes, read those.

SUPER GOLD STAR!!!
Once a summer I pick the best of the best for the Super Gold Star. The Summer 1999 Super Gold Star goes to Jake's Bug Collection. Because LUNA MOTH. Also he is doing a science fair project and he has a plan and everything.

STUFF ABOUT ME
I'm in 6th grade. I play soccer (defense). I like Legos, Goosebumps books and Pokemon. My best Pokemon is my Blastoise, he is level 52. I am going to be a video game maker or a zookeeper when I grow up. Maybe both. You could make a zoo video game.

I do not have my own page yet besides this one. This one is kind of my page. Maybe I will make one about my Legos. Would that win? (I can't give it to myself. That's cheating.)
