This month's winner is run by a nine-year-old orange tabby named Mr. Whiskers, with a little help from Donna, who does the typing. It has everything we love in a home page: warm writing, useful cat care tips, a diary kept by the cat himself, and a guestbook overflowing with friends.

Five Questions for Donna

How did you get started?
My nephew set up our first computer the Christmas before last and said I should make a Web page. I said about what? He looked at the cats and said, "Them."

How long did it take?
The first page took one Saturday afternoon with Page Builder. I've been adding to it ever since. I'm teaching myself HTML now, one tag at a time.

Who's the most popular cat?
Mr. Whiskers, of course. He'd tell you so himself. But Miss Kitty, our new kitten, gets a lot of fan mail.

What's the best part?
The guestbook. I've heard from cat people in 30 states and six countries.

Any advice for new Homesteaders?
Write about what you love. And keep your cat off the keyboard.
